The warm malty notes of Londinium’s base add a woody, spicy depth to its lighter, refreshing top notes of oakmoss, myrrh, wild juniper and bergamot. It’s delightfully long lasting on skin too, but a down side is the price– setting you back an extravagant £75 for 50ml.

Karanja Tree Sunshield SPF30 is the key to matt looking, protected skin this summer. Made with plant-based sun filters that naturally absorb harmful UVA rays, the wonderful seed oil of the Indian Karanja tree and pongamia extract within the lotion help to create a defensive barrier against ageing, harsh chemicals and heaviness that can clog pores. Its SPF30 also provides a good level of sun protection.
With a lightweight texture that sinks quickly into the skin, giving an overall matt finish which acts as the perfect make-up base, it’s the perfect alterative to protecting skin in sunnier climes without the need for greasy sun lotion.
